Re: Warhammer online
Rift or Magnet spells did get nerfed, there's a max it can pull and it's resistable now so most don't even spec in it. Magus and Engineers are better when specced to their other 2 lines, Engie more so with it's range boost tactic, but Magus can still put out the fastest AoE dots compared to Sorcs. Basically Magus are a bit tougher (than Sorcs) and more mobile but lack punch even with their crit% boost tactics. In general though spell casting is hurting with people able to get up to 75% resist rates, did a City Siege few days ago and my Hand of Ruin was ticking for 150 (where it can get 1k+ on debuffed targets) on a well known geared Ironbreaker .

Are the resists still as fucked up though? I had a assload of time trying to get a good mixture of resists and gear using the set and purples in T3.............. hmmm, probably should go back in anyway. The improvements in a lot of the set gear helped a lot.

Re: Warhammer online
At 40 you should be able to get 40% reduction to the two most common damage types without making any sacrifices at all in gear (such as slotting resists talis instead of wounds) and after the patch that's where the diminishing returns will start.

Okay, going over an earlier post in the thread.
I rolled a Squig Herder since you posted this and am having a blast with it.

Level 17, mostly green gear with a couple pieces of Teir 1 blue/purp Inf gear. Completely random scenario, got lucky and had enough healers this time around
