Question regarding Adobe software licenses

Post by Qwerty 42 »

It seems that, for my studies, I may want to acquire a copy of the Adobe Creative Suite. The campus is very fond of CampusEStore, where I can get it at a fairly ludicrous discount, nearly eighty percent. The only problem that I see is that this is software I'll most definitely be using in Life after School, and I was wondering if I'd still be legally permitted to use the Student Edition software in a professional setting after my graduation. Because if not, then I can't think of a good reason to shell out for something that I have a very limited window of use for anyway when I could just get the professional version now.

I do appreciate the advice, and I apologize if this is a fairly ridiculous question.

It's impossible to say without seeing the license itself. Unfortunately the website you linked to doesn't give us that.

Sorry about that: this seems to be the pertinent page.
