I think I've got a trojan

I've heard about trojans that block access to mininova.org and piratebay - these have stopped loading for me on my machine, so I strongly suspect I'm infected. Anyone got any idea of the best way to get rid of it?

Fixed it. Never mind - edited the HOSTS file. A trojan had fucked with it.
