So there's two physical cards right now? The control panel just lists those two with no other controls or information.

Latest from the site. I take it the integrated one is the one with the least dedicated memory?
Also, I take it this means that, if I swap the dedicated card for a different model, the SLi thing becomes moot and I need to find a way to disable the integrated graphics?

Yes, usually through the BIOS.
