Can somebody please explain just how sexualized is Quistis?

I can't find much in-game images or movies about her that show anything that could be considered oversexualized.

Though, I am curious about this: flirting with her students? What?

I never saw her as overtly sexualized, though I assume the midriff part is what people are pointing out. Her clothing, at least to me, was never very provocative. Also, I'm not sure she wears leather anything besides her boots and gloves, her clothing seems to be made out of normal material.

I could also be wrong, but she never flirted with any of her students, even with Squall, who she had "feelings" for. She did, however, have a fan club made for her.

Oh yeah, the whip is being identified as a dominatrix thing I think.
