Yeah i've been on the PTR, and that LFG tool is simply amazing. Gonna love it when it comes to gearing up my latest alt, near constant dungeons right now on the PTR, which is traditionally pretty underpopulated. On live its going to be awesome for quickly gearing up any char, because you can simply hop into the queue, get teleported to the dungeon and best of all still not get saved.

I originally made the EU account to help out an online friend who however... well, we just don't have so many opportunities to interact anymore, and lately he joined the Argent Dawn server, so I might just pay up to do a paid server transfer (since there won't be FCM).

Long story short, the problem on The Sha'tar-EU (besides of course gold spammers and it being a RP server where there's little RP and no enforcement) is... we have the worst Horde PVP-wise on the entire Vindication battlegroup, are perpetually outnumbered by Alliance come time for Wintergrasp, it's pretty ugly seeing how badly Horde sometimes fails even during battlegrounds, and the wait times to PVP are looong.
I'd transfer off Vindication if I were you, its not like you're going to get a BG merge or server merge anytime soon, someone on the forums posted about it, the Vindication servers are off on their own, completely seperate from the other servers (physically), so they're pretty much never gonna get merged unless its with the russians.

Myself i've been a hardcore raider pretty much since Vanilla WoW. Played a dwarf paladin at first, back in the days of 30 second seals and 1 then 2 minute blessings. Played all the way up to clearing Naxxramas back at 60. Rerolled Horde to be with some friends in TBC and finished Mu'ru prenerf and KJ before the big patch. Same in WOTLK, currently i'm in the server 3rd guild, enjoying myself farming the latest instance and really looking forward to ICC, it actually looks like it might rival Ulduar raid wise and has some cracking lore.

Reading the Vindication battlegroup forum... yeah, I fully intend to get the hell out of there at some point. So much QQ... :(

Update as to how ICC will work: The Lower Spire on normal when 3.3 hits, the later raids added later on; the Lich King can only be faced once the preceding raids' end bosses are cleared, plus Sindragosa the penultimate boss; she's the frost wyrm in the log in screen. For these four end bosses (Professor Putricide, Blood-Queen Lana'thiel, Sindragosa, the Lich King) there will be a limited number of attempts per week, increasing as the next raid is opened, plus more attempts after ICC is completely opened. For heroic mode, you have to defeat the Lich King on normal for that raid size, and you have to defeat the other three "end" bosses on heroic on the same week to face him on heroic that week; the same limited attempts/week function applies on heroic.

*Snickers though at there being eventually being a health/damage/healing buff once all of the bosses are defeated, for subsequent raids*

They'll never do this, because people wouldn't understand and would bitch, but the first time you try to log in after killing Sindragosa for the first time, it should kick oyu back out with an error message.

Jaghatai the troll hunter, but I don't have a guild anymore, since "Before the Dawn" (if you ever happened to see one of them running around) broke up.

I'm Eagletalon on The Sha'tar, hopefully soon to be on Argent Dawn*. Just staying long enough to do the Pilgrim's Bounty achievements (because of the downtime of character transfer), say goodbyes (and maybe keep using my guild's supply of ammo), and so on.

* Or at least any server where Horde is dominant at all aspects (or at least Wintergrasp and Warsong Gulch) yet we STILL have short queue times for battlegrounds.

I run on Tanaris (US), Alliance side. Currently have 2 80s and a bunch of alts I'm slowly building up. Even though it's not an RP server, my plan is to eventually have a character that represents each of the 7 Deadly Sins.

So far I have a Human Death Knight representing Wrath, a Draenei Paladin representing Sloth, a Dwarf Hunter for Gluttony, a Night Elf Rogue for Greed, a Draenei Warrior for Envy, and a Gnome Warlock for Lust. When Cataclysm launches, Pride will be represented by my Worgen, which will be either Warrior, Rogue, or Druid.
