Can you make Steam install games to another HD?

The HD on which I have Steam on (D:/, which is the older type of HD I had in this thing, C:/ is new since my original died back in March 09) is getting a bit full. I have plenty of space on C:\ - anyway to get Steam to install games there?

Steam has to stay together to work but you can move the whole thing as needed.
