Hi,
I downloaded an audio file today (legally, I paid for it) downloaded it, and here is what usually happens: When the
download finishes, Itunes appears and the file appears in my Itunes Library.
This time however, a player named QuickTime pops up and plays the file.
That's all well and good, but I can't figure out how
to get the file into my Itunes library. How do I do this? It is only a sample version of QuickTime.
I need the file into my Itunes library. I tried burning it to CD, but there was no option for
me to do this. I can't imagine this being too hard of an issue, but I can't figure it out.
Any ideas?
Audio file issue I'm having

Re: Audio file issue I'm having
What format is the file (i.e. what is the file extension)? Perhaps it's an unusual format that Quicktime can handle but Itunes cannot. If you have no other option, you can convert anything you can hear into a standard MP3 file by recording the 'stereo mix' with Audacity (or similar). That's usually unnecessary though.
