Xbox 360 gaining USB storage support in 2010 update

This is awesome. The 20 gig HDD that came with my used 360 can hold like 1, maybe 2 games and associated DLC. I was thinking of buying a bigger HDD for as much as I paid for the goddamn console itself, but instead I'll just go buy a couple 16 gb flash drives.

Don't tell me you actually use the game install feature? It doesn't really affect performance that much.

I use it all the time, because the DVD drive in my Xbox is stupid loud, and installing games makes it shut up. (I have a 120GB drive though).

Yeah it made Gears run faster for me. So I just install games I know I am going to play. Now if they could just invent some sort of setup that allows you to have more than one disc accessible at a time... some sort of... CD changer...
