Where to find replacement headband/ hinge for my Headphones

I have a pair of Urbanears plattans. I have had them for just under a year, so if I move quickly, I can ship them back for a warranty refund. Only I don't want to ship them back if I don't have to.

The problem is that the Adjustment slide socket

has chipped and might let the cup swing out if it loosens any further. All the electronics work perfectly, it's just that the slide casing has become chipped.

Does anyone know if Urbanears or anyone else sells replacement parts for these, or even for headphones in general? I'm willing to transplant the cups to a different band, since the stock one is a little too tight on my head.
