If I download the video to my laptop and watch it their, its fine. Any idea why, and how I can fix this?

Been having some annoying problems watching videos online, primarily occuring on Blip.

This looks like a flash 32 bit vid file opened on a 64 bit operating system..at least i have had the same effect occur when i tried that.
