Too bad everyone down under still has to wait until the end of the year for it to take effect, and I assume it will take an additional delay after that before any of the existing banned games get rated afterwards.

Yes, but at least we wont have to get rockstar to make a special edition just for australia (gta4 had to cut certain elements that didn't comply with MA15+)
