You just plug it into the usb port on the back, it's not like the 250gb hard drives that require one of the newer xboxes.

E: f,b and on a new page, too. Ugh.

Ok.... Thread necro here but I didn't want to open a new thread to ask for an opinion. Is the game worth playing in a LAN shop with a group of friends? I'm planning an reunion with some old classmates and I'm thinking of going to a gameshop with Kinect games and well, this thing popped out at me.

Alternatively, if I do score a date with a certain someone, I was wondering whether a kinect game might be a funny way to score attention points.

It's a fun social activity that doesn't require learning what each of the (to the "non-gamers") multiple similar-looking buttons do, instead relying on flailing about wildly (which is always fun to watch people do, especially when there is a group of people to laugh about it). I've found that movement-based games (both Wii and Kinect) are definitely suited to casual gatherings.

Everyone loves Rancors. Everyone.

Well, except fatty videogame reviewers. But y'know they didn't get fat by crushing Theed with their bare hands.

I'm currently doing Once Upon A Monster with my son. When the price bottoms out on Kinect Star Wars I'm sure he'll dig that too.

Tell me about it; I liked it, but I didn't $60 like it.

Once Upon a Monster is AWESOME. My friends' kids all love it.
