Recommend some GC games...
I'm considering buying Gamecube, so I'd like to see what you guys think are the choice pics. Games that are already on my list (if I do buy it) are:
Godzilla: DAMM
LoZ: Ocarina of Time/Master Quest
LoZ: Wind Waker
SW: Rogue Leader

Super Smash Bros. Melee is a pretty good choice if you want a good party/fighting game that isn't focused on getting that X-number-of-hits-super-combo button mashing.
Eternal Darkness is a good psychological thriller/adventure game, though for best effects it should be played while the Gamecube is hooked up to a good sound system and the lights turned off.

1. I prefer the orginal Smash Brothers to the new one.
2. I played ED all the way through. Dam good game, and it scared the living fuck out of me on a couple occaisions (bathtub ring a bell?) but there's really no point in buying it, since I've beaten the whole game (and by thaat, I mean all three possibilities)

How about Bounty Hunter. I love that game.
I almost forgot, Robotech, Battlecry is a great game too.

Some of the levels did seem a lot smaller, but I found that to be a more than fair trade for the improved combat moves and combat dynamics, and the larger variety of levels, items and characters. But that's just my take on it. *shrug*IG-88E wrote:Played em both.

Oh... Well how about Time Splitters 2? It's a pretty good game if you like console shooters, although IMHO the mission objectives seem to me to be much less intuitive than Goldeneye and Perfect Dark...2. I played ED all the way through. Anyway, I played the first four or so levels and it just didn't hook me.

Iggy, Iggy, Iggy. You've been a bad MONKEY!
There's not really levels though. There are 'bosses' whose ass' you proceed to kick profusly. Hmm. Go play it again. Fuck. I'll come over with a bad attitude and a hammer. Trust me, you'll have your mind made up on a Gamecube game.

Isn't Resident Evil 0(zero) out on the GameCube? If you like that sort game that is, I would say get that one.
There is also
1) Medal of Honor:Frontline
2) Hunter the Reckoning
3) Die Hard: Vendetta (heard it is good)
I have played the MoH and Hunter games on the X-Box and they both kicked ass, so I would guess does the GC version.
