Neverwinter Nights

Post by Vympel »

Bought this game right before I got my current computer last year. Finished it, forgot about it. Last night, patched it and downloaded some highly rated custom modules appropriate for my Level 20 fighter.

Can't believe what I've been missing out on.

I downloaded A Call to Heroes, parts 1, 2 and 3. The story's totally made-up (it's not Forgotten Realms) but it looks extremely good to me. Definitely for high level characters only (15-20).

Once I'm done with them I'll get more.

And besides, I gotta get myself ready for Knights of the Old Republic!

If you want a decent- well made mod...try the ravenspire- Ravenloft module...it's very well done in parts and generally is fairly enjoyable.

There are many decent ones out there....it's just looking...

some of the persistant worlds might be to your liking too

Pool of Radiance is quite fun.

The Penultima campaigns are also highly recommended.

But you would start with new characters or lower level characters with these. I think these modules are better than the campaign that came with the game.

The Dreamcatcher series is quite excellent. I'm playing through it with my scythe-wielding dwarf of Doom! I haven't been able to finish it though because of stupid finals.
