Eye of Terror

Post by Typhonis 1 »

OK I hope that this doesnt turn out like the Battle For Armageddonj did where even though the Empire won most of the fights mGW still shafted people saying the orks were there to stay .Or like the battle of Ultramarr where the hive fleet wasn`t destroyed it merly scattered. So are there any indications that this new Campaign will be a waste of effort for the Empire?

Dude, you're talking about events in the WH40K universe, they are ALWAYS going to be a wasted effort for everyone involved.

Save maybe the company that pours out the stuff on it.....there will always be a fan base that goes with every new installment as it were...As soon as they brought out the races after the necrons....you could tell they were desperate...

Hmm Not sure really, Okay Previous cases make you jaded, But They have NEVER ran anything on this scale, they can't fudge it, because many of the events are do or die. Ahrimin has to be stopped in the Web Way, He has to be killed or else he's a new Chaos God. Chaos has to be held off in Cadia or else Cadia falls and with it the main Fortress World that defends the Imperium, the Planet that defends the Bottle neck is effectivly gone and the Eye is open to all. In short the events are so Do are die that they have to alter the universe, and they have said they will...
From a review of the two Towers.... 'As for Gimli being comic relief, what if your comic relief had a huge axe and fells dozens of Orcs? That's a pretty cool comic relief. '
