Antivirus software

I don't have any. My email discipline is very good, but I'm starting to think that's not enough (got a scare from some Bugbear attachment) Is there some good (free) antivirus software I can download? Anyone ahve any recommendations?

Free? try AVG, not that good, but very stable.

Grisoft's AVG works well in my experience, actually.
