Looking for a game.

Ok, after just finding that a site online sells "Give Me The Brain" I was wondering if I could find another dinky little game that came free in a issue of Inquest. I don't exactly remember what it was called, but it had the word "Zemos" in it. You played on a little fold out from the magizine and you got "cards" which were cut outs you pasted on normal playing cards. Doesn't anyone know the full name, or were it can be bought/downloaded and printed on the net?
