I hate this fucking piece of shit computer. It's FIVE FUCKING YEARS OLD, but nooo, we just can't get another. It's so damn worthless! We SUPPOSEDLY have a DSL connection, but tonight it took me AN HOUR TO CONNECT, and now it's running like a goddamn 14K. WTF is wrong with it? It does this every damn week!
And it runs SHIT, that's right, exactly SHIT, breaks down once a month, and it crashes, I counted, over 6 TIMES A DAY! GGAARGHOUDH@)*H~

I just spend $560 of my moderately inconviently earned cash on a LCD monitor, a 56x speed CD drive, and a CD-RW/DVD drive combo. 
Maybe if you can at least convince them to let you format it and reload everything from scratch? Could clear up a lot of those crashing problems.
