I would've said the show 'Earth 2' but then again we have Sid Meier's 'Alpha Centauri' for that. :)

What kind of game would SG1 be though? FPS? Adventure? RPG? RTS? Personally I'd want it to be DAMN similar to X-Com (original), just think about that...
