Gaming (dungeon map and towns) printouts

Is there any software that lets you design a dungeon or town, then print it out, then the next time you game with your players you can use it, covering up the parts they haven't gotten to yet. The heroquest game was good with this as was the D&D boxed game which included props, etc.
