Favorite ST Armada 2 race?

Post by Anarchist Bunny »

Been playing through Armada 2 lately, gotten through the hole game(although I skipped several, Mainly cause I wanted Fusion Cubes)
Been playing online a little bit, so far I like the Borg the most, mainly because of Auto-Assimliation, hit a opponent that had only partially restored his nexus's crew, and quickly auto assimilated/transported it and that quickly led to the end of him.

the Borg kick ass

A good sized batch of Assimilators can strip the crew from just about anything before you can blink.

Besides 8472 (which are just a little munchy) they are probably the most powerful race in the game.

Only have armada 1. Borg, since 4 or so cubes can beam over enough drones to take over a sovie within seconds. Coupling them with assimilators to take crew away help too.

they are a lot like in the zerg in the sense they use bio technology and grow thier space ports and stuff, how come they don't have a campaign in the game? The romulans I don't think have one either.

S8472, Romulans, and Cardassians don't have a missions. The Fed campain is Fed?Borg with a S8472 or 2 for flavor. Klingon is mostly Kling/Card with some Romulan for flavor. The Borg are pretty diverse, Borg/Fed, Borg/Fed&S8472, Borg/Rom, Borg/Kling, Borg&Fed/S8472.
