A lot of my fonts are now italic only!

I uninstalled a shitload of stuff including MS Visual Basic, while installing
the Java Runtime Engine 1.42, and after the reboot, a lot of stuff is now
italic! WTF?

Oh wait, I fixed the problem or it went away......

Anyway, this mass spree of changing happened when I noticed
my brother had installed eDonkey....and it was mesing up my startup
sequence, and I ran Spybot, and I found fucking GATOR! GRR

So I went on a search and destroy mission locked and loaded and took
no prisoners
