Any way to get around a bad relay?

I see to be unable to get around a bad relay. Does any one know how? I'd apperciate the help, provided it's explained in simple terms to me. I'm not that swift on that kind of stuff.

Try to find a proxy or something, I guess.

When you say relay it makes me think of an SMTP relay. What is it you are looking for? Are you having trouble sending email? Or by relay do you mean router and are having trouble reaching a paticular site?

I think Storm is referring to a router, not a relay.

You'll have to find a proxy on the 'net that will allow you to connect and route through it. Some universities will have such things to connect from home to them if you're a student.
