Is there any way to watch the Vice City cut scenes after you win the game?

I don't know, but there should be. Many games with lots of cut scenes had the ability for you to view them all. I especially liked the one where Diaz was having trouble with his VCR, and ended up shooting the thing, and Vercetti pointed out that it was not plugged in.
