MS Word Help

Post by Nathan F »

As I sit here wrangling with one of Microsoft's worst monstrosities that happens to serve as a word processor, Microsoft Word, trying to write a research paper on the Seven Years' War, the inevitable problems arise. I need to use the footers for citing information, yet whenever I use a footer, it automatically puts the same information in the footer on every page, and when I try to edit it on anothe page, it edits it on all the pages. Is there any way to use the footer so that I can enter information into one page, but not all pages? Or has Bill Gates found yet another way to screw us all over?

Insert a footnote, not a footer.
