S-Video Conversion

Having finally got a TV in my room, I'm planning to use my TV out in my PC to output various videos to it. There is one problem.

Its an old TV, and only has a standard RF input. The card gives out S-Video.

Where can I find something to convert this? Bear in mind that I am in the UK, most US devices will have some problems, due to power supply etc..
