You may have noticed that you can keep shooting after finishing the first level. I did this for a while, and managed to crash the game. I didn't know you could do that in flash. Anyway, here's what happened:

All the elements in this screen are actually rapidly flashing on and off.

So it would appear there is a debug mode. Any idea how to access it?
