OOC: Basic psychology, anyone in solitary confinement for 2 weeks would be at that state. Can you imagine 1200 years?

The detect thoughts spell reveailed a rare trait in goa'ould, caring about the host. The host had a fair amount of say in what action was taken, and although centuries of life had certanly graded on her mind, she was not yet at the point where she no longer desired life.

++My ambasidor core consists of goa'ould with that mindset for just this reason++

..........Fine. On the condition that we can disassemble the ships for parts to be used in a NON-MILLITARY fashon. Our economy is going to need all the help it can get after those war reperations. The ships weapons and such would still be scuttled of course.

We do so only to protec their lives and the lives of our soldiers, it is a temporary measure only, lasting a few days so that thousands are not killed when we land. It is considerably different.
