Did anyone get the refrence with the spear
btw 12' is not too long for a regular spear..
a greek war spear was that long.
a classic pike was 15' to 18 feet long, some military forks and halberds like those those nemesis weapons are based on were 24' long

I got it as well. And since I tend to spend a little time writing my posts, I find that frustrating as well. The edit button does help.

Yeah, it's caught me a couple of times... the most notable one was back in the big fight, when I wrote this beautiful post about Prius being overwhelmed by a Path officer in a sword duel... so I hit 'submit' and find out that about three posts have passed, including one where one of Gix's entourage shot said officer...
I initially deleted it, but then went back and just worked in the kill-shot to the post.

I had that happen several times during the big offensive - like Petrosjko, I mainly dealt with it by deleting the offending posts, but I also tried to avoid it by refreshing the thread immediately before hitting 'submit', to make sure nobody had posted anything new.

That's up to you and NL. Given that we have encountered daemons on the world, there is a possible justification for their presence, but for the general framework of what we're dealing with, a regular chapter would be more plausible. Unless we get word of some kind of big-ass summoning, it likely would be beneath their notice.

I don't mind either way; up to you and (probably more importantly) NecronLord.

No, we are just RPing a bunch of Malleus Inquisitors talking about who they would ideally get. We may not get any SMs at all and Grey Knights could easily be unavailable.

A small horde of daemons reinforced the enemy cultists. They were tearing navy gunships out of the air. Our characters would probably want Grey Knights. Whether they get them or not is up to NL. PM him about it Pcm.
Personally, I don't think we will (or should) get them. The demigods will steal the limelight. But my character does want them to back him up.

Well gentlemen, this is where I call it a night. Usual line of puppeting, blah blah blah, Prius will likely spend most of his time fiddling with the dataslate and organizing his forces.
Not to mention getting a massive hard-on from being in command of the military end of a major heretic-purging operation... yippee!

The whole 'Inquisitor' thing is probably a tad hackneyed.
Wouldn't mind playing an Eversor (have read an acceptable fanfic about one), or maybe a Techpriest.
Would have problems playing a non-human thanks to the melodramatic wank that the 'official' authors pump out when they write from an Eldar viewpoint.
