Well, three people in [InEx] are dead, and I just took 20,000 in NW off of Howard6y.
However, I suffered from some attacks, and only have about $160,000 NW now. I would like some aid to rebuild my forces. By the next war, I want to be able to have at least 3 nukes on hand at all time.

I just attacked their largest member stupidly in a probing attack, so I'll need all the money I can get from my income in order to withstand the onslaught of infantry that is coming. Lost nearly half my airforce in that attack, but nearly none of my sea forces. At least I know he's vulnerable to sea and has no torp launchers.
