Actually, now I think about it... The bastard offspring of Conan the Barbarian and the Witch King of Angmar is so bizzare it'd be fun to play.

Nitram, slightly high on cough syrup: Do you know you're beautiful?
Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.

It's seven. I was considering somewhere between seven and nine, decided to go for the lower end.
Edit: Right, might as well make this a character review post.
Two levels too high, there.
You're using your ranged attack bonus for your quarterstaff. It's a melee weapon. Drop that bonus to +4. Edit: Wait, noticed that it's a +2 staff. Note that it's a magic weapon in the weapon block to avoid confusion.
I don't recall saying to use maximum HP rolls.
Spells look all right, except for being for a ninth level character.
I'll finish reviewing later. Got stuff to do at the moment.

So... What's the DM opinion on my... character concept?

Erm... Unless something's horribly broken or is unplayable in the campaign, I don't restrict character choices. You just go ahead.

Humm. I fear this character will have a short life expectancy. What with the insane multiclassing decision.
But he'll be interesting...

What, barbarian/sorcerer? It's not the first time I've seen it, actually.

That doesn't work. One of the things about barbarians is that they're unable to read. Unless you took the wizard class first and then multiclassed into barbarian, but that begs the question of why you abandoned wizardly training to live out in the sticks and be barbaric.

Barbarians are unable to read until they spend skill points to become literate. It's not that hard, given that barbs have 4 + Int bonus per level.
Do not meddle in the affairs of insomniacs, for they are cranky and can do things to you while you sleep.

I was assuming that at some point as a barbarian he took the literacy skill...
That said, while barbarian-sorcerer/wizard looks fun, I think the normal fighter would be more sane for the first class.
And, alas, I can't find a suitable critter for a mount.

Unfortunately its CR is 6, and IIRC, the limit at the Seventh level for a flying mount is 2-3...

I guess the only option is to get a big black horse and have "my other mount is a wyvren" written on its armour.

Actually, the limit is whether you can pay for the thing. I wish I had my Monster Manual on me; it has relevant rearing and training prices for monsters appropriate for mounts, such as pegasi and hippogryphs, as well as skill DCs for if the character wants to do the training himself.
Though the perennial gryphon mount I was referring to was a paladin's mount; I generally hold off until 8th level to call a mount when I'm playing a paladin because that's the level where you can get a gryphon through the special mount ability.
Edit: That reminds me, added to the list of house rules. The 3.5 paladin's mount summoning mechanic is retarded. A paladin's mount resides on the Material Plane as per 3.0.

Been so long since I've done this, I hope I got it right. Haven't listed any magic items, etc yet. Wanted to get the rest right first.

1.) You completely forgot your base attack bonus. Should be +5.Archaic` wrote:Been so long since I've done this, I hope I got it right. Haven't listed any magic items, etc yet. Wanted to get the rest right first.

2.) What system did you use to generate stats? For the record, it's 4d6 drop lowest.
3.) You have light armor proficiency listed twice.
4.) A dagger is a piercing weapon. Not that big of a deal, but I'm a nitpicker.
5.) By my count, you have too many skill points. Should be 110, but the sheet totals it as 120. Could be a bug in the character sheet software, though. It's been known to count things as cross-class when they really aren't. I'll count them up myself later.
