doesn't work quite that way. I will need a bit of time to go over and read up the Krynnor OOB and see what I am going to do. I am not just going to have them jump in system when I have zero idea of their capabilities. Furthermore, you have one vote and I appreciate it. I think politeness required that all people involved cast their vote. :)
You do the VNN well enough that I'm sure you could do the fleet well enough.

Just save enough time to do a VNN correspondent from the world I'm invading would you please?

Thanks Straha. I do try to give as much as I can with my VNN posts. I am sure that we can work something out when it comes to the VNN correspondent. ^_^

Since I have not been keeping up with the hostilities, I have no idea what sort of forces Lazerus was supposed to be sending over to assist his beleagured nation. As such, I am asking those powers that are intimately aware of his naval strength to post what sort of force he would have to work with. I know its a hassle, but it would make my life a lot easier and thus, make a forthcoming post a lot quicker.

Thanks

fellas, I love you for posting what you got I really do, but I need to know what the Krynnor are -suppossed- to have inbound. Laz was not very good at mentioning fleet sizes and I have been scrolling back and back and back.

Furthermore, when should the fleet arrive? After Rogue 9 reinforcements are there? before? do you want me to just wing it? :?

Probably before. What he has inbound is most of his fleet, as I understand it. They're already moving, and will likely get there before my reinforcements. Heck, they might even beat Frigid to the system, seeing how he hasn't actually posted his arrival yet.

cool, thanks for the info Rogue. I am going to throw a post up, it won't have terribly many specifics on fleet composition (since I personally know jack about that aspect) but you guys are capable, run with what I post.

I would work off the assumption that most of his Creusers age gone(at least 10 of themwere destrioyed over Camero)

I know two of his battlecruisers are gone and 6 others are damaged.

As for the rest of his fleet. I am sure his destroyers and escorts are mostly gone, as those would have been left behind on picket duty... and.. um... yeah.. genocide

I diont know how many of his ships he had at Camero originally.

He has most of his fleet- all but 2 of his heavy units, and most of his cruisers.

I hope the post is acceptable and clear. I had to rush it and force it, so I am not terribly happy with it. If anyone needs clarification or what not, bring it up here and I will happily do so. :D

At the moment, here is what we got.
The mass of gankage that is the Krynnor fleet is split into two smaller sub-fleets and have tried to position themselves on the top and bottom of the Arcane fleets. Since the Arcane Empire is a broadside navy, this is arguably the safest spots for them initially. As the Arcane Empire ships attempt to rotate in their axis, in order to bring their large broadsides to bear the Krynnor fleets are orbiting the Arcane fleets in order to delay the broadsides and make the angles of attack as difficult as possible.

The other forces are being ignored for the moment, at least by the capital ships. I feel justified in doing so, since the Arcane forces have been the primary antagonists of the Krynnor. The Krynnor fleets are concentrating on the weakest points of the Arcane fleet, its escorts. Which being smaller than most, are almost undoubtedly weaker after you get through their shields [there is not a lot of mass to absorb punishment in a 30 m long frigate]. The Krynnor are going to lose this fight, there is no doubt about it but they are at the moment tryign to maximize losses to the Arcanists chief and foremost. The 150 troop transports that are trying to land on the planet, existed hyperspace as close to the planet as possible. The 100 troop transports that are trying to be kamikazes exited as close to their targets as possible.

sorry rogue 9, you should have read my post more clearly. My fleet bypassed your little minefield as any competent fleet would. You really did not think that it would follow the same vector that the Arcanists had expected did you?

On that note gentlemen, I must announce that this little battle will have to wait until later tonight or tomorrow. I have been asked with calling a friend, and I have every intention on doing so. I have enjoyed the current exchange, and I assure you that more is coming.

You really think I'd use a fixed minefield in space? That's insanity. Homing mines, my good man. Homing mines. :P

What two nations? You honestly think that over 5,000 missles are going to have no effect? Even with the most advanced targeting systems the U.P can cram into them?

I am jamming the Arcane, they are jamming me. I was jamming your missiles frigid and it is likely that they had to go through arcane jamming as well to get me. Furthermore, I posted their effect already I would recommend you look a little harder and read a bit more closely.

What are you talking about?
Nineteen Motherships were on the receiving end of ridiculous amounts of missiles, nineteen motherships seemed to writhe in the clutches of multiple explosions, their crews battered even before shields failed. There was little that the ships could do without shields other than endure, and of the nineteen mother ships none survived, although half of the vessels did not break apart entirely becoming twisted hulks drifting lifeless in space.
How does 19 mothership kills equate to "no effect"? Please, do tell, because I would truly like to know.
