Of course we claimed it. We intend to use it for the ITASF in accordance with Floater wishes and never had any intention otherwise. Such a thing as a full military shipyard under no ones control or care would be very dangerous. We merely acted to take control of them before they fell into the hands of undesirable elements. Surely in a galaxy as rough as ours can be you will understand the need for quick action.

We apologize, it is only natural to not completely trust the Country who you have been at odds with for as long as we have.

What would have happened after his capute is irrelevant at this point. We had him in custody a scant few hours and had recieved no formal request for extradition anyways. He attempted to kill more people and the officers defended themselves. To accuse them of murder for defending themselves is ridiculous. No civilized nation asked that.

And sending in your marines would be even more so. Please, reconsider this foolishnees.

The DE government finds this sequence of events very amusing. I would advise the Asgard to listen to themselves, and that our Monocoran allies do the same.

No but:

A. They should of used Non-Violent force like our police do, in the apprehension and control of suspects.

and

B. As per precedent set by YOUR legal system, most notably with the Black Forest incident they should have immeadietly returned him to the Monacoran Embassy, as they had to know he was an Army Officer, unless they were blind deaf and dumb.

A) Sufficiently dedicated (or deranged) individuals can delay the onset of such things. The sergeants military training no doubt prepared him to resist the most common methods availible. Clearly the carnage he wrought as police attempted to use such methods is proof enough that they were dangerously ineffective.

B) We were the process of it. You must understand, we had him in custody for a handful of hours. That's bearly enough time to get his personal information let alone turn him over. You are being most unreasonable about this.

They can be modified to resemble anyone you please, and are skilled in the arts of subterfuge and investigation. They would be very helpful in any searches you made for this renegade.

B) It's kinda hard to miss the tatoo on his chest saying he is a Monacoran Soldier.

C) It's kinda late to argue about dealines now considering we have most of the suspects in custody awaiting trial, lawyers (good ones too) have been provided for them, and we are delaying the trial untill you can get representation to them if you/they so wish.`

Uh thanks but no thanks. He may be dangerous, and slightly reactive to bad situations, but to use an analogy he is a General Mclellan, when we needed one. He's reorganised the entire navy in the past ten years, bringing our fighter technology up to Galactic standards, introducing the Battle-Station policy, and improving the navy incrdibly (still horrible compared to other nations though.)

And please note that the prince does find this mildly offensive and would suggest you do not make such a suggestion again.

No, but proper training can limit the effects of it on the person. As we saw he was able to kill three police officers as they attempted to use less than lethal force. It did not work.

B) It's kinda hard to miss the tatoo on his chest saying he is a Monacoran Soldier.

But many places give tattoos and even then it takes time to properly indentify any given person.

C) It's kinda late to argue about dealines now considering we have most of the suspects in custody awaiting trial, lawyers (good ones too) have been provided for them, and we are delaying the trial untill you can get representation to them if you/they so wish.`

We demand you return them or we will retaliate with deadly force against you and your government. You have no right at all to seize our citizens for your trials. It is a blatant violation of our soveriegnty to kidnap our law enforcement while they were doing their duty.

Why should there be a trial for law enforcement officers only doing their duty? Especially officers that have been kidnapped by Monoracan thugs.

War will take us no where, it is of note that we do not claim the right to snatch your citizens up at will, but we will snatch suspects of murder of a Monacoran Citizen and illegal imprisonment thereof up at will after we have given them time to come to us and give themselves up. And three officers were killed trying to take this man down. The officers took no chances because of that. Surely you do not intend to make a mockery of justice by continuing this farcical vengeance play. Please, we appeal to you to return our hostages.

But apprehend him they did, and they also did bring him into custody. On the way we know they striped off his armor and would have seen the tatoo on his chest saying he was a Monacoran Soldier. At that point they should have immeadietly detoured to the Monacoran Embassy and dropped him off as per what they requested with the Black Forest. And the reason why they held him in the first place is beyond us as he could not have been guilty of any crimes in the first place.

We will be willing to let them out on the condition that they return for the trial, before a bail hearing. Is that acceptable to you?

Of course they apprehended him you fool. Do you think we would just let a homicidal manaic run lose? We saw the tattoo but wish to actually identify the man. And we never recieved any request to hand him over before he was killed in his escape attempt.

We did not insist on immediate return, merely as soon as possible. Surely you should realize that it takes a while to process a criminal from another nations.

There is no Monoracan Embassy in London. We would have returned him as soon as possible had we even know you were looking for him./
