147 grinned as the technicians were abruptly shredded by flying engines.

Then he remembered that they were clustered up,a nd a smiliar fate would be theirs if they were too close for too long. He broke away, getting into a flanking position while loading a proton grenade in the launcher.

Gasping, the Rebel avoided the urge to vomit and instead fired his
blaster at the asshole who had blown his best friend into hamburger.

OOC: The Rebels are taking a big hit in accuracy due to the
fact that they're firing at you in a smoky environment without
MTRAS. When the smoke from the shaped charge starts
clearing up, expect the scum to start getting closer

The thought suddenly struck 147 that nasty enemies from upstairs might have been alerted to the shooting by now.

529 directed 735's attention to the wounded Rebel tech that had just fired at him. "Take him out!" He then moved to 454 and pointed out the wounded Wook. "Sarge, see if you can finish him off so we can get moving!"

529 crawled up to the LT and pointed in the same direction. "Sir, we gotta move out! Let's get up to the Control Center!"

As the headless corpse of the Wookiee fell to the floor with a meaty thud,
the blasterfire died down, and the hangar was silent except for the slow
sizzling as the craters in the walls cooled off and the sounds of the lone
remaining technician as he rolled on the floor, clutching his shredded
shoulder and screaming.

"I tire of his shrieking"

424 holsters his blaster, jogs over, takes out a vibroblade. When he reaches the technician he pinned the mans chest down and slowly pulls the rapidly vibrating knife accross the mans throat, relishing the sight of the skin separate and peel away from itself. That was the first little slice. He brought the knife out, and watched the poor schmuck scream in pain for a moment s only a small amount of vlood poured from the open skin.

Chuckeling to himself, 424 made a second cut just a little bit through the Sub Q and through a bit of the muscle tissue. The poor bastard screamed in a combination of pain and terror, never had a soldier been this perverse in his excuse for a memory.

Another cut was made, just breaching the carotid artery, the pressure through the artery causing the blood to fountain from the small cut. 424 reveled in it a little to much, laughing audibly as the man gargled. The last cut, a thrust through the carotid and the trachea caused the man to make his last frenzied gasps as he feebly struggled for life, blood washed over 424's hands like a torrent of river water.

Whe his sadism was sated, his armor soaked in blood, 424 jogged briskly back to the squad.

OOC: Everybody having fun?

In his best command voice "424, 147, 735, up the lilft and cause some havoc in the upper tunnels. Everybody else down the hanger like we planned, we have to hit the command center!"

114, 529, and 312 are to go down the right side of the hanger, 454 and 661 have the left side. If the smoke starts to clear, 114 will toss a smoke grenade and 454 will throw a gas grenade.

424, 147 and 735 need to get up the lift, gas the upper tunnels and collapse the tunnel so the lift cannot be accessed from above.

[OOC: You guys shoulda opened the hatch at the top of the lift

Difficult Roll to toss the Explosives into the Rebel midst before they can fire.

Roll 1: 2, 3, 5, 1 = 11.

As 424 reaches behind his back and removes the landmines from his pack,
and prepares to throw them, he sees that the Rebels are moving too fast for
him this time.

Rebel Roll to determine who gets a shot off out of the four scum.

Roll 1: 1, 4, 6 = 11.
Roll 2: 3, 2, 6 = 11.
Roll 3: 5, 1, 3 = 9.
Roll 4: 1, 1, 1 = 3.

Two Rebel Scum beat Alyriums' Dex and get shots off

Rebel Scum are are Well-trained professionals (5D Blaster)

The lead rebel misses 424's head by inches, the other hits him straight
in the chest with his blaster rifle, a Stormtrooper I rifle. Since Alyrium is
wearing armor.....

5D Damage from Stormtrooper One
Roll 1: 3, 5, 3, 3, 3 = 17

Strength 3D + 1D from Armour = 4D
Roll 1: 6, 2, 6, 1 = 15

Advantage of 2 over your roll soo......

My Rulebook says: 0-3 Stunned

So 424 goes sprawling back, thrown backwards against the wall of the
turbolift by the force of the bolt, even as the landmines leave his hands.

As the landmines hurtle through the door, 147 hits the door close button.
Moments later, a low rumble shakes the turbolift as the landmines detonate.

529 advances slowly along the right side of the hanger, ever wary of any enemies who may be hiding in the revetments. He hears a distinct rumble from up above. That should be them sealing off the tunnel.

He had no inkling of how perilously close his comrades had come to death.

Moving quickly but cautiously down the hanger, 114 will issue further orders:
"312 is going to set the breaching charges on the comm center and quarters, we'll blow them at the same time. 529 is with me in the comm center, 454 and 661 will clear the quarters area and blow the lift, 312 will secure the armory."

"424, if you are still alive, get back down, open the cliff doors and clear the freighter of traps and get it warmed up. 147 and 735, retrieve the engineer and our prisoner, then blow the back door and cover the hanger."

147 fished out a patch of synthskin from his medical pouch, in preparation for the worst... then let out a sigh of relief as he noticed that the plate had buckled, but held. He replaced the roll, then smacked 424's helmet.
