Space Empires Gold B5 Game (The Second)

Well, I was pretty pissed off right after realizing you'd done it on purpose but I'm calmer now. Still, going back on the warpath because I didn't immeditaly agree to everything you wanted seems way overboard to me. Had I been in your place I would've waited to submit my turn or had the turn I did submit not be the one where destruction and carnage abounded.
I sent you an offer of a non-aggression pact several turns ago, and then sent another one last turn. Since you were the one who orginally suggested we enter a NA pact while we negotiated, I just assumed that the messages weren't getting through again. I just assumed that the lack of an NA pact really only meant we had to be careful not to bump into each other until we finally got it to work.
I never intended to have Vir stalling for time, just to have him haggling, trying to get the best deal he can so Reefa won't have his head afterwards.
And in your last PM you said that one of the remaining issues of contention were the Narn that you controlled, not the Narn in general, so I figured you'd just allow me to evac the ones I still control. Goodness knows I need the people.
Edit after reading your last post: What about the Narn I currently control? Can I get them out of there before ceding the planets to you?

Nope. They don't want empty worlds which used to fly Narn flags while the Narn live it up in the Republic.
The Dilgar are going to be giving you a lot of population as it is.

It seems like a Dilgar thing to do. I approached them with the attitude, "What is peace getting us right now? What could war be getting us right now?" I figure the Dilgar don't cherish peace for peace's sake. That and when Rai'Jal got messages from his government, that was me getting a phone call from Tobor.Trogdor wrote:Still, going back on the warpath because I didn't immeditaly agree to everything you wanted seems way overboard to me.
All right, fine, but you're not taking Sanctuary, and I'm hanging onto that one transport full of them.GuppyShark wrote:Nope. They don't want empty worlds which used to fly Narn flags while the Narn live it up in the Republic.

I assumed as much about the phone call, but being so aggresive when there are major spoils of war to be had or lost strikes me as even crazier than the Dilgar.GuppyShark wrote:It seems like a Dilgar thing to do. Yes, I gave him the planet to ensure he wouldn't be eliminated before the MVB showed up.GuppyShark wrote:Sanctuary was Narn in name only, right?
And do you really want Fir'mill? It's populated entirely by Minbari, not Narn, and Neph could have a massive shitload of ships there in one turn.

That was my planet on loan to Narn. Given that it's in the middle of my space, there's no way the Minbari would let administration be handed over to anyone.Trogdor wrote:Yes, I gave him the planet to ensure he wouldn't be eliminated before the MVB showed up.GuppyShark wrote:Sanctuary was Narn in name only, right?

I got a pop quiz for you, Gups. Who would you rather have Fir'mill? The Dilgar aren't a possible answer, just me and Neph.

Please excuse the double post, but are we rolling back this turn or not? Deadline's only a few hours away.
Edit: Gups, it's a simple matter of who do you hate more, the Centauri or the Minbari? Given that the Minbari did a lot more damage to the Dilgar during the Narn-Dilgar War than I did during this one, I assumed that it would be the Minbari.

Well considering you went back on the warpath because I didn't immeditaly roll over but asked for clarification of your demands first, I was by no means sure how big a deal you'd make of Fir'mill. Since it's a non factor, I'll be hanging onto it. The Gray Council may rest assured that the Minbari population is not being mistreated in any way.
But seriously, are we rolling with turn? I'd really prefer it if we didn't.
And by the way, I want my ambassador ship back if you have it, at least the Centauri one.

Looks like the turn executed. Tuxedo is busy, so if you want a rollback you should ask him. But misunderstandings I don't think are really grounds for rollback, unless it was some turn submission glitch. Sorry, the Dilgar just got a lot more genocidal .
I missed my turn too, but hopefully the AI didn't do anything retarded.

Yeah, I'll keep going. I just want this war over with so I can get to the buisness of rebuilding.

Goddammit, there's no way to distinguish between different retrofits of spaceyards in the construction queue.
No way I'm microing that. All yards will just have to wait another 7 turns until the final versions of the old design are done, bleh.
And fucking U235 ninjaing all those gas giants. If Marxis was still around with his 300 behemoths those colonies would be glass.

Friggin' Nephtys snaked one from me, and the juicy one at that! I've only grabbed one so far. (well, one that wasn't parked deep in EA space)
Also woah it looks like gas colonies are pretty small in this mod.

Yeah, even the breathable ones are quite tiny. I haven't even bothered to research gas colonies. It's just not worth it, IMO. Better to just remote mine the gas giants.

No gas giant is worth fighting a close ally for. Not in this mod, anyway.

Yeah, I know. Should've added an emoticon.

Which ambassador is this addressed to, the Hurr?Nephtys wrote:Lennier was growing more concerned with Delenn's continued absence. She was on some 'special assignment' at homeworld, but he still didn't like it. At the usual weekly meeting, he spoke up at his turn.

What assurances can we have that they will be moved back into your territory, Ambassador?"
