Six OAV's broke off from the main formation, guarded by the fleet's Dreadnoughts and cruisers. Swarms of dropships plunged toward's the Moon's surface on pillarsd of fusion fire.

Minutes later, black-armored Floater marines, moving with incredible skill and speed in the low gravity, landed among the missile launcher emplacements, in a hail of precision-guided munitions.

Nearer to Earth, six Troop Transports released their own assault transports, a swarm of drop pods, ablative armor cooking in the atmosphere as they plunged to Earth at incredible speeds. Over a half million Floater soldiers, trained by Monacoran trainers, fully supported, deployed into Japan. Three OAV's settled into low Earth orbit, their Space to Ground weapons prepared to provide pinpoint fire support to the soldiers on teh ground. Three Dreadnoughts and a dozen cruisers supported them.

The troops loaded into APCs and other transports and departed for the fron lines, and the fighters continued to hammer the beachead positions.

*Bombers launched, flying though Monocoran airspace, they pulled up before they hit the water, locking on the rebel supply ships, with torps, and launched. The torpedoes hit the water and disappeared, a few seconds later, large bulges were seen, bulges that produced steam and flashboiled the water around them. It was not long before pieces of floatable fefuse, and corpses began floating to the surface*

Pouring out they made the basic fortification on the beach while the rest pounded foreward and attacked the invaders from the rear, forcing them to retreat into the funnel surrounding them, and preparing the way for their inevitable doom.

Several battalions of Krytosian troops advanced alongside the monacarns, their plasma weapons launching globs of death at the enemy

Private Larrg held his plasma rifle as he ran twards the enemy bunker, firing supression shots at the rebels inside, he dove down behind cover, poped out and fired three shots at a rebel, one went wide but two shots hit the rebel squarely in the chest, killing him. Larrg spoke over his headset comm.

"Seargent, the rebels have this bunker pretty well fortified, i think we'd better radio for a monacarn helo."

Seargent ergs took a break from firing at the enemy to respond.

"Rodger that private, i'll get the radio officer on the line."

Seargent Ergs returned to firing at the rebels.

Suddenly a rebel came out of a fox hole, and shot one of the soldiers with a heavy laser, just before being shot by two streams of bullets and lasers.
"YOu hurt?"
"No, not much. The suit burned it away, it's re-sealing now."
"How much longer-"
Another man popped out of a fox-hole, this time, however, he had his hands up and between them a white hankerchief. Thirty seconds later after he had been restrained, had a beacon attached to him, and a food pack to his mouth, they started the conversation again.
"What were you saying again?"
"How much longer till we get to the fort point?"
One looked down at his arm computer.
"We're there."
"Good"
Both started diggind in, and preparing for an attack.

He looked back up and put three plasma shots into a rebel soldier.

An Avatar tank came rolling up behind the Krytosian Soldiers, its two machine guns blaring, and its main cannon fired one shot into a small clumb of the invading soldiers. Behind it two APCs rolled up off loading Monacoran Troops and taking on the two prisoners in the area, before speeding back. a huffed junior officer ran up to the Krytosian Sergeant,
"Move ahead to the rest of the forces, and dig in. They say it's going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better."

We are prepared to commit a brigade of crusaders to the defense of your territories should it be neccessary. Although we recognize that our governments have no prior ties we do not support unwarranted aggression. In the alternative there are missionaries and trained medics waiting the order to jump to Earth and set up emergency medical station either near the front lines or in orbit in one of our Magdalene class hospital ships to ease the pain and suffering of your troops and civilians and if neccessary ease their passage into heaven.

On a side note, the PSR elections were held today, and the Coalition party reached an overwhelming majority in all levels of the government. They have contacted the DE, and other allied powers and have expressed an interest in closer ties with allied powers. Including advisors being sent to help govern the nation
