So I bought Portal 2, but while downloading it I also got the "Portal 2 Authoring Tools - Beta". This is like 10,6GB. What is it? Can I uninstall it without fear?

Anyone got thoughts on Patrician IV?

Zzzz. I played it once, and was really really bored. The features felt like they belonged on a game from 10 years ago, the economy isn't very complex at all.weemadando wrote:Anyone got thoughts on Patrician IV?

So yesterday I finally played Napoleon TW after purchasing the Mega Pack and I realized why I use auto-combat. I had my first naval combat with 6 warships (38 guns and up) against a lone French ship and during combat one of my ship had the French in it's broadside and fired. The problem? Between my ship and the French ship were two of my other warships. They survived but needed repairs. *bangs head*

The land battles in NTW are pretty solid actually. I rather like how the combat is paced relative to the other games. However, allegations that it has naval battles are simply untrue. A mode in which ships act retarded in concert? It has one of those, but not naval battles.

I snagged Mirror's Edge for $9.99 and played through story mode in about 7-8 hours. Very fun gameplay, and a visual design that makes it stand out from the generic brown/grey bullshit most First-Person games seem full of these days.
