Speaking of Atari, I remember back on an old episode of TSS that a guy that is still with Atari announced that they were going to re-release the Atari entirely on a unit the size of a joystick. Basically, you plug the joystick into your TV and you're good to go! They're even going to re-release all the old games too!

Given the amount of vaporware Atari's famous for, I'll wait and see.Vertigo1 wrote:Speaking of Atari, I remember back on an old episode of TSS that a guy that is still with Atari announced that they were going to re-release the Atari entirely on a unit the size of a joystick. Actually, they did that already. I saw it linked from Penny Arcade, but I don't think it was from Atari.Iceberg wrote:Given the amount of vaporware Atari's famous for, I'll wait and see.Vertigo1 wrote:Speaking of Atari, I remember back on an old episode of TSS that a guy that is still with Atari announced that they were going to re-release the Atari entirely on a unit the size of a joystick. Basically, it was an Atari joystick with a couple of wire ports and the game programs included inside.
EDIT: I think it was Penny Arcade, and it IS from Atari...but here's a site with it.
