Traits: [for those of you that missed it you get two of these at first leve.

Kamakaze: Add 25% to all damage you deal (rounding up). You do not add your Dex to AC.

Bloody Mess: "Oh that's gross......" Your foes tend to die in horrible ways.

Jynxed: You crit fail on a 3 or lower, the good news is, so does everyone else.

Gifted: You get +2 to all your stats, but gain 3 less skill points per level.

Skilled: You get 3 more skill points per level, but only gain a feat once every 4 level.

Fast Shot: Your fast, you get the Rapid Shot feat for free at first level. But your shots are never critical hits and you may not take the "Sniper" class.

Heavy Handed: +2 STR, -2 DEX

Small Frame: -4 STR for purposes of determining load, +2 DEX

Finesse: Subtract 25% damage from all your attacks (rounded down). But your chance of critting is increased by 1.

One Handed: +2 to attacks in your dominant hand. -4 to attacks in your off-hand. This stacks with all normal two weapon fighting penalites.

Bruiser: -2 DEX, +1d4 damage in Melee

Fast Metabolism: Double normal healing rate, but the effects from radation, poision, desease, etc are doubled as well.

Good Natured: +6 CHA, -3 BAB

Sex Appeal: "Hey baby, what's your sign?" +8 CHA vs members of the opposite sex. -6 CHA vs members of the same sex.

Chem Reliant: Effects of drugs are doubled, and so are your chances of getting addicted. Stupid Hippie.

Chem Resistant: Effects of drugs are halfed, as are your chanes of getting addicted. Just say no.

Ahh. So I assume this goes for other character types? I am trying to decide to choose either a sniper or a machine gunner character.

Yes, i origonaly planned to make Energy Weapon proficency more common, but i had a hard time justifing it. The only reason i even gave it to snipers is becacause they need it at high levels.

But what of the laser miniguns? I doubt that the sniper type would have use for it.

True, but the Laser Minigun is the only energy weapon that's like that. While it's technicly wrong, i reclassified it as a machinegun as far as proficency's are concerned.

[quote="Enigma"]Ok. Since I am a total n00b at this, what do I do? I want the sniper type character.[/quote

...........take the sniper class for one.

Stats are 4d6 drop lowest.

You'll want a high DEX becuase that's used for ranged attacks and AC.

Tragicly, the vault door malfunctions, rolls back into place early, and crushes your char like an overripe grape.

Try again munchkin. :)

I'll do the stats later. I've got the D20Modern book plus the Gamma world GM book plus tech and creatures and I've got some D20 stat sheets. I'll roll later.

Oh, and there is one new feat. I might add more later.

Mutate: You gain one new trait OR trade out one of your old ones for a new one.

I highly doubt it. Only 2 people seem to be interested, and one hasn't posted in the last 11 days.

You may have to face the fact that doing Fallout with D20 is like trying to make StarCraft for the Sega Master System...
