Dawn of War expansion: what race should be added?

What would be nice is if they would actually add the chapter specials...no marine chapter is exactly the same...they all have their special units...hell, even chaos...and that brings me to another point...where the hell were the Chaos terminators? those 'obliterators' sucked.
