Damn spoilers! It is CRITICAL to the plot that these CRTs are replaced with LCDs, and I find it out before Season 6 even comes out in Australia?!?!? (in box set, I mean).

Unless of course LCDs were in season 5 and I didn't even notice, because I was too busy watching O'Neill make wise cracks.

Killing Jaffa is going to be fun.
The CRT's were replaced by LCD's in the middle of season 5. Then in season 7 another replacement happens with the big CRT"s above the consoles and through the room. Then in season 8 the breifing room got the sweetass plasma TV in 'Covenent'

Meh, I missed it then. I'm already up to "Menace"- only three episodes away from waiting till fucking mid-January to get Season 6 boxset.
