IE7 Beta 2 is out

Is it possible for a program to mess with your systems cooling fan?

I was downloading IE7 beta 2, and half way through the process I received a warning that my cooling system isn't working properly and to immediately shut down. That has never happened on my laptop before, and it's quite new. I've since uninstalled IE7 beta 2, but I still get the pop up and I don't hear my fan kick in.

I have a Toshiba Portege R205 and am not aware of that being a model issue, so if it's not IE7 beta 2 could it just be coincidence that my fan went out upon installation of IE7 beta 2?

I don't want to have to bring it in to get fixed. =(

Ugh. They tried copying Safari and Firefox. And they failed.

At least PNG-24 support works.
