The X-52 HOTAS system is a twisty-stick as well. However, there is a tab that can be pulled out if you have rudder pedals, that stops the stick from twisting.

I forgot about twisty-sticks. what I remamber fromt he last time I seriously looked at Joysticks was a HOTAS with a rocker on the throttle for controlling rudders. personally I like that beter than twisties.

man, the missions on the first campaign ('62) are all super-repetitive...

...and why would I be doing Combat Air Patrol in an F-105? That's what they had F-4s and F-101Bs for.
