Spellcraft: Somthing blew up and he inhaled a lot of smoke. But that's all that happened to him.

Heal: He's on the recovery, but he falls asleep in the cart, poor guy.

Fairy Dust: Usefull for curing some curses, and is required for curing fairies memory erase.

right, fairies, I reseach everything I can about them, especially memory curses, and why/when they use them.

The memory curses are used to drive off people without killing them. Sending a powerfull message stay the hell out of our forest without mudering innocents.

The curse is simple to create, and a major pain the ass to cure. It can only be cured with a Wish, Miricle, or Epic-Level healing spells. Recently, a ritural was discovered that could restore lost memories, with fairy dust as a main component. It's almost never used however, because the act of getting enough dust to cure one person, usally results in a few dozen getting cursed.

Anything in there about making it go BOOM! CLone people, and make gas, in fact that Gas has me jumpy now. What's the deal with it?

The gas was can acrid-brown gas. It hovered up near the cealing.

You've never heard of it doing anything like this. But the cure ritural only involves a handfull of dust, a magic circle, and some chanting. The large amounts of metal and glass would seem to indicate that spark was doing somthing else.

Right, I'm going to whatever materials inde I have and I'm searching for the materials that he used. And then I send Quoth in to see about the mess that poor Spark caused.

The materiles he used are most likely in the remains of the lab..

Right, I have Grozny watch over the cat, sigh, take a fire ball wand, and walk into the Guild, head up to the room, and see what exactly he was using.

Once again you open the door to the lab, it's exactly the same as before, only you think the gas is starting to eat through the cealing tiles.

There isn't much left of the lab, but from what you can see, the glass and metal is from one large tank in the room that blew up, you also see a few boxes marked "Spell components" there isn't much left but..........

*rolls Knowledge Arcana and Spellcraft check*

.........you conclude that the tank and metal pipes are what's left over from a "clone" spell. (see the Players Handbook for the mundane version, there is a rituralized equilivent). There is also some fairy dust, and a box of chalk. You think you see the remains of a magic circle on the floor too, but it's drawn wrong, instead of a perfect circle, it's draws in a double loop, like the infinity symbol.
