I never recorded a transfer from you to him. Although I did read you withdrew 27 mil from the alliance vault but not to Blachta.

Still, I am very suspicous. Yesterday, he wrote to me in clear aol speak and today he starts writing in Polish? WTF is going on here?

Well, he did write in english adding some Polish with it like the message title said 'kurwa' which seems to mean 'whore' in english from a alt. dictionary or 'fuck' according to the urban dictionary but from what I got yesterday and today. It seems it was two different people on the account.

And I got an ouchie 263,901,765 damage from nom, the guy who is trading places with The Iron Fist for first rank.

That's with 51 superweapons fyi so his attack % must be quite high.

On that note, he wants to join the forums, which I'm quite fine with.
Does anyone know if there's a policy on passing over a non-free account or $5 if a recommendation from a member is made on their behalf? I seem to recall hearing about something like that a while back, but I can't seem to find mention of it in the FAQ.

3- For current members- We usually make an exception for the friends of members who are in good standing that cannot get access to a paid-for email account. If you have a friend who wants an account you can ask that their accoutn be approved ahead of time, but remember you are vouching for them.

Game Update

Population enhancement
As well as a growth rate, population now also has a death rate (we cannot all live forever!)
The base rate is 5% of population dies per day, with the medical skill helping bring that rate down.
This does have implications, so think it through ... although this is a levelling factor that I believe most will like. It also makes population and growth a bit more interesting (but not harder, just more interesting.)

Gives a whole new dynamic to really having to upgrade the medical tech.

I knew upgrading the medical to limit my losses in combat would pay off in the long run!

Heh, I'm glad I had started to upgrade it earlier as I did. I would've taken more losses than I am now. I managed to bring it down a couple thousand more today and I hope to reduce it to 0 in the coming weeks.

It's eating up about 23k of my population a day now and with 30k going to workers, that leaves riight about half of them to keep the population growing. I am so happy I upgraded my pop level past 100k.

Ok, for every upgrade in medical tech, 100 workers are shaved off from the death list. It's what I've been getting for the past couple hours.

Are you setting yourself at critical alert? I made around 15 M over the night with it and no one attacked me.

Seems upgrading medical rate will decrease the death percentage by 0.005. It's going to be a somewhat lengthy road to 1%

If you mean the reduction of the death rate by the medical tech, it's actually quite good considering the new setting. After spending most of the naquadriah on med tech since they've implemented it, I've reduced the loss rate by 9k which is great for the costs considering it takes me at least four million naq to upgrade 400 more to the pop/day.

Ooh, wow, they changed it to 800. At least for me anyway. Seems people can vary, as I've read someone having it at 900 and another at 1k.

Population Update

Population Growth
Levels of population growth are easier to get at lower population growth points, and are increasingly not only more expensive, but return less per upgrade. This will ensure late starters have a fighting chance, as well as being reflective of the challenges of high populations in finite spaces.

Also: Damn it feels good to be an Ancient. Zetoph is evolving us like crazy. Still no word on the uberweapon he bought; but someone's gonna catch a beatdown, I'm sure.
