Command & Conquer. I've been missing the GDI disk for about 6 years now, though.

Probably Starcraft.

I was playing MoO2 not more than a month ago, and I still have many games from around 1997-'99 in my harddrive like Fallout and AoEII. I'll mention Yoda Stories, though that's on an older comp from '98.

I also have a freeware copy of Baldies for Win '95, and Raptor: Call of the Shadows shareware from 1994, but the oldest I play regularly is still Spaceward Ho!. Damn good game, I actually think it does a few things better than MoOII, though overall it's far far simple.

My computer is a fairly recent build so all my old old games are long gone. The oldest i have installed is Homeworld adn thats only because of the SWNR and SoA mods. In actual fact i only have a few games installed because of my addiction to MMO's. Deus Ex, Deus Ex Invisible War, Homeworld 1 & 2 and World of Warcraft are all thats currently installed. I play IW when the WoW server is down but so far it's a great dissapointment.

Red Storm Rising, Moo2, The Incredible Machine (Loved it when I was a kid), Nethack, X-com... I got a lot of them off Underdogs; apparently they're abandonware.

Damn, the Yosemite Bear has us all licked. ASCII Trek is, I think, the oldest game in existence besides Pong. That's the game that predated monitors, so the information would be displayed on paper via the printer, correct?

originally designed to be printed on paper using unix servers at colleges, don't have it on hard drive, I just have the whole text file of the source code in my home.

I've played it alone and with friends, we even had a playoff tournament with everyone playing different teams.

I still have that game on a floppy somewhere, hopefully it hasn't died yet.

Oldest I still have on my computer is either Tyrian or Raptor, I'll have to go check the release dates on them.

I'm pretty sure this is the oldest game I've got installed. Haven't played it in a few years though.
