Erhart nodded and turned to the group for a second

With that, he slipped away from the courtyard, catching a stablehand enroute to his room to don his armour.

"Have my mount tacked up and ready to ride shortly."

The stablehand nodded and scurried off as Erhart moved inside the abbey to scale the stairway to his quarters and draw forth the armour resting in the wooden chair to begin the process of drawing on

Erhart stood moments later in the shining full plate mail, adjusting the last of the chain under-dressings before he lifted the scabbard belt to bind about his waist. The last thing he lifted was the tower shield, slipping an arm through the sturdy steel rivits to hold the shield in place on his forearm. Within five minutes. He was ready.

He turned and strode down the stairwell and left through the massive gates into the courtyard stables to approach the stable hand and his mount, offering a polite nod as he moved to mount up on the large warhorse, settling in the saddle comfortably as if it was a second nature to be on the back of a mount. Once ready, he tapped the haunches of the beast with his spurrs and lead thunder on down the courtyard and through the gates out into the city at a canter to head back to the scene and retrieve the body...

You recall that the Count of Night usual stays in the sewers, in specially sealed, private chambers shielded from scrying. The Night Council makes their homes all over the entire city, in bars, inns, abandoned houses, anything, and none of them are ever together at the same time, save for important meetings.

"If we want top raise him, it would be best if we asked him if he wants to be raised. Before we spend the maoney and raise him. I can travel to the Fugue plane and ask... though I dont have Planshift prepared"

"The tower of the White hand perhaps... It is a small mage tower that has been abandoned for a while"

You see Caoihim being judged before Kelemtvor, and he is beaming as a golded robed spirit takes him by the arms and pulls him out of the City of the Dead and towards the realm of Tymora.

The devastation is not as bad as thought with the light shining down upon it... He mused as he drew closer to the ruined festhall. The fire it seemed, had died during the night and now that all was left, was a ruined husk. People scurried from the building as if they instinctivly feared the remains. Erhart shook his head and led his mount on , scanning the area for the corpse. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw several beggars scurrying away to which he responded by reaching to a pouch to withdraw some coins to chuck after them. He glanced to where he had been told to go and shook his head.

The body was gone, obviously someone had been and lifted the corpse. Oh well he thought, at least the day was a pleasant one. He gave the reins a light tug to turn Thunder around and slowly return to the Abbey, enjoying the relaxing morning air
