is that any worse then my shady sands to junktown, to boneyard to brotherhood using talking to the ranger to get the location of BOS and Boneyard, then directly to the burn loot it, beat the shit out of helpless bots with sledgehammer, get weapons, turn on power. Without cheating inany fashion I would have a character withfucking bad ass gear and decent levels within a month or so of starting, and well before the water chip chrisis became a problem...

Come to think of it the baddies at necropolis don't like it when you show up there with a turbo plasma rifle, and enhanced powered armour in time to save the ghoolies....
