"OK as it is currently know we can open a portsl to the warp.Its how ships travel.... If this Archeotech is as old as I think it is they may have been searching it for specific knowledge...such as Opening warp holes...pernament warp holes...... If they create enough......"

Nathan paces at that "power requirements though... they have the tech for that and the gear all they would need is time to work on it ...spread them out....... "

Could these Men of Iron be trusted. Could an Inquisitor filled rebuilt with their augmentics be compromised?

He shifted to his other foot. This is another world to him, a new mode of operation, and he had to work carefully to frame the differences.

"And we have not the resources available for defending such worlds as Macragge. It comes down to us alone to defend this trove, or destroy it if need be." He paused, considering that further. "Is it true that there are certain number of the Astartes who are dedicated to the service of the Inquisition? Perhaps we could make use of their capabilities in this."

"Yes there are. Both the Death Watch and the Grey Knights have responsibilities that means they often work with the Inquisition. One could say that they serve the Inquisition, but it is probably more accurate that they percieve the best way to serve the Emperor is under the direction of senior inquisitors. If units of the Grey Knights are available they would be useful."

"I would propose that we split into working groups... one to investigate the heretics, one to investigate our supposed allies, one to deal with the Astartes, and one to maintain a public face for contact with the Lord Inquisitor, as well as serving as contingency assistance as needed for the other groups and central coordination for our efforts."
